Augmented reality (AR) is a technology that blends digital data with the real world. Mixed reality (MR) is the most ambiguous term of the three discussed in this article. Virtual reality takes users to a completely virtual world. The main differences between AR, MR, and VR are the main differences in hardware requirements, functions, and applications. The differences are the most obvious differences between augmented reality, mixed reality, and virtual reality, which are often confused or used incorrectly by some people.
