Too Long; Didn't Read

The four things I do to manage my migraine as a software developer are four tips. These things worked for me, but they might not work for you. I'm not a medical professional, so take this with a grain of salt. Drink plenty of water and drink plenty of ginger tea every day to avoid headaches. Get enough sleep and get plenty of healthy, healthy food and plenty of alcohol. Get to bed before midnight to avoid suffering migraines every three months. Follow an easy, but strict routine and I'm almost to zero attacks every 3 months.
